A tulajdonos úr nemcsak hibátlan, gyors munkát végzett, hanem olyan kőkemény, őszinte szakmai diagnózist és átfogó állapotfelmérést adott a kerékpár valós helyzetéről, amiért különösen hálás vagyok. Ahelyett, hogy elhallgatta volna a fontosabb tényezőket a profit reményében, teljes körű biztonsági tanácsadást kaptam: részletesen átnézte a kerekeket, felhívta a figyelmemet a hajtás és a csapágyak állapotára, valamint arra is, hogy az 55-ös vázméret anatómiailag túl nagy számomra az ideális 51-es helyett. Maximálisan ajánlom a helyet mindenkinek, aki nemcsak sablonos szervizt, hanem valódi szakértelmet, kóklermentes őszinteséget és kerékpáros-központú szemléletet keres. Biztos, hogy visszatérő vendég leszek!

First ever road bike purchase and the place was amazing, helpful with sizing and showing me everything. Really nice person who helped me even though I had no clue about most of the stuff. Thank you

Pretty much Magic Bike is the only place in Budapest to service my Campag SR EPS and I'm very glad the work is done with care and professionalism!
