Perfectly fine small post office. usually has about 2-3 open booths with moderate waiting times.

50/50 Some of the workers there are helpful and friendly, some just the opposite.

The woman I spoke with was very helpful! She was so kind, and offered great advice and suggestions for someone who has never shipped anything in Hungary. She also spoke very good English.

I want to appreciate to Attila who is working for the Hungarian posta ENGLISH call center. My general expectation so far about the Hungarian post office was so low. but this time, it touched me with HIS professionality. the story is about my parcel I sent a long time ago from my own country to Hungary disappeared. it has been two and half months since that tracking page doesn't show any. and I tried to reach out through the call center but they had no idea until Attila finds out. he promised me that he is going to call me if he finds out what is going on. I didn't expect that anybody from hu posta would call me back with this matter. but surprisingly he called me back with news related to my parcel. In my experience, this type of professional attitude is sadly rare in Hungary. thanks, Attila! hope for the best for you.

I met one of the nicest and very polite old lady. Funny story I used google translate to pass my request instead she read out in English 😅She told me she learnt English for 35 years and she also teaches. Aside the language her customer service excellent as she gave me options to choose
