Staff is uneducated, disrespectful, and is unable to properly do their job. They are unable to focus on the customer, they are rude, they don't look at the customer, but continuously chatting with their colleagues, they're upset and apparently hate their job. The store is dirty, and has bad vibe. I used to come here frequently cause there was no other option for a 0-24 store in my area. Today was my last day coming here after the staff tried to lecture me about how to say hello after yelling the price twice at me while I was waiting with my card in my hand to be able to pay, which they did not want to noice. I recommend to get your store and yourself together first and learn to create a welcoming environment and serve your customers properly, before you try to lecture us, customers.

Wanted to grab a quick lunch consisting of a coffee and some pastries. Found an employee throwing a fairly loud hissy fit about who knows what and another employee who didn't know how to checkout the pastries. Took me 15 minutes to get my stuff in a store barely bigger than a hotel room. Would steer clear because of rude staff and slight overpricing, better shops are not far away.

The reverse vending machine did not issue a receipt because it ran out of paper. The cashier decided not to address this issue. As for who took my 3 euros, it remains unclear.
