About Manna ABC (grocery store)

Grocery Store Budapest.

Családi vállalkozásként indult 2005-ben, mára 14 üzletből álló élelmiszer-kiskereskedelmi hálózat. Egyik védjegyük az éjjel-nappali nyitvatartás. Lakóhely közeli, kényelmi boltként igyekszenek személyes kapcsolatot építeni vásárlóikkal. Magyar tulajdonban lévő vállalkozásként beszerzési stratégiájuk kulcsfontosságú eleme, hogy elsősorban kisebb, szintén magyar tulajdonosi körrel rendelkező vállalkozásokat választanak partnereikké. A boltjaikban kapható termékek minősége és választéka, üzleteik könnyű megközelíthetősége, a megbízhatóság és felelősségvállalás azok az alapértékek, melyek üzleti modelljüket meghatározzák a mindennapokban munkavállalóik, vásárlóik és beszállítóik felé.

Incredible rudeness. Shame , shame, shame. The old woman is beyond rude and actually called us some vulgar words. Inexcusable way to treat customers. Shame on her. Never again here. Oh, and the place always has homeless outside.

Super rude staff. I handed over cash and he just threw one of the notes down, saying it was crumpled. It wasn’t ripped or anything, just not new. If you don’t want my cash I’ll go somewhere else!

A great corner shop.. has got so many things, lots of different alcohols and great choice of snacks. Unfortunately, was a bit dissapointed as for how many great choice of alcohol they have they do not sell ice 😞

The cashier was a exactly racist. He treated Hungarians and other races in a completely different manner. I talked very politely to him, but he cursed at us and smiled at the same time, making people think he didn't say anything bad. But unfortunately, I can understand Hungarian and can clearly know that he was cursing at us as tourists, due to there were many people queuing up to pay behind me, I didn't make any trouble
