Pretty decent place to do some track work. The current daily price is 1600 forint. The gym itself is not worth, but good for extended workouts (most hotels will have similar sized gym). The running track itself is a high quality for most serious amateurs and above. You can get Powerade from the automat, which works with card and put your wallet inside a small locker. As a runner, doing your warmup on the island, and serous work on track, that’s all you need. The receptionist wasn’t rude to me, typical Hungarian older worker. Nothing to complain really.

To use the Toilet have to pay 300 HUF by card which is ridiculous if you are runner and use the running path around the Margaret island. Have no idea why not free or at least why not marked by signs not available pay by cash. When you enter to the island by car you already pay for parking. So extremely pathetic this kind of attitude from the Athletic Stadium

Cool place where you can run and take a shower after that (take your towel). Also there is a small gym.

One of the best - maybe the most iconic - athletics stadium for “everyone” I have found. Entry fee is around 3€ and you can use the track, the shower and the gym. Must do for runners in Budapest!

This place is really worth checking out, a daily ticket only costs 1200ft (~3€) and you can use everything the facility has to offer. It has lockers, a gym, ping-pong tables and many more things. The staff is very nice and helpful.
