I have zero complaints about the staff working here as they are always super helpful. However, the clinic has the worst appointment management system I’ve ever seen! Each time I come for a visit, always arriving before my scheduled time, I have to wait for 30-60 minutes. To a working mom with a full-time job, this is a nightmare! What’s the whole point of giving out appointments when you can’t stick to it? Please do something about this really!

So far I had a wonderful experience. I went there for a screening and the ultrasound technician kindly said it is too early to do it. They still checked that everything was fine with the baby and advised I’ll be back in two weeks. They didn’t charge us for that appointment. When I came back two weeks after I had the screening and everyone was so nice. When I received my blood test results (on the next day!) I contacted the doctor and he called me back within less than two hours. I’m coming back there for my next screening as well.

Highly recommend this clinic! I have been attending appointments here for over a year & each time I attend I am welcomed with professionalism & kindness. The machines are of the highest quality & the clinic is extremly clean. The nurses are also so lovely. Made me feel at ease.

My experience was quite bad...and I shall never ever go back there. My doctor Dora Kopp was a big disappointment. I was honest with her but she was not. She was not happy for me at all while I was so joyful for being pregnant for the second time. Her whole attitude was cold and she was not communicating almost anything with me...I was planning a natural birth and in the end it was a totally different thing...mostly negative...because of her I was very stressed before the birth and I could not enjoy this moment of my life that was really special. I actually hope I never see again all these people ever. They only care about money.

My wife delievered our baby in here, the hole experience was just magnificent. We've also keep going back for the pediatric treatment of our baby. We've gain a lot of trust with the clinic and it's wonderful staf.

I had a very pleasant experience with this clinic. Many private clinics I find, are all glamour and no substance. This was not the case here. All the staff were friendly, genuine, approachable and my surgeon was extremely helpful, kind and took his time to explain my case. My procedure went well, the room was bright, clean and the nurse was so sweet and kind. All in all, as clinics go in Budapest this one I highly rate. Congratulations.
