As an expat, finding a trustworthy car service provider can be challenging, especially with language barriers. Mentes was the first service dealership I found through a Google search, and I couldn’t have made a better choice. My initial visit was for a minor issue, which was resolved in just a few hours. Mr. Jenő's expertise and efficiency in handling any problem are truly commendable. Ms. Judit has been incredibly helpful in bridging the language gap, ensuring smooth communication despite my limited Hungarian. Both staff members are consummate professionals, always ready to address my concerns promptly, even accommodating me without appointments on several occasions. Their dedication and exceptional service make them invaluable assets to Skoda. I am sincerely grateful to both of them for their outstanding support.
