Horrible service, you can book an appointment, they will confirm it in writing and then deny you booked an appointment. No apologies, just hard push back. It feels like you service them, and not paying them for servicing your car.

I am very satisfied with the service and the professional approach of the team at Pappas Auto Magyarország. Special thanks to Mate for the support and outstanding customer care. The issue with the navigation system and traffic sign recognition on my Mercedes S223 was resolved on the very first warranty visit. What impressed me the most is that another official Mercedes service center in Budaörs could not solve the problem even after three visits. They told me it was practically impossible and even suggested sending the car to Germany. Here, everything was handled quickly, professionally, and without unnecessary complications. It is truly great to see such a high level of service and competence. Thank you!

If you are willing to buy a Mercedes i recommend you to go directly to Doubravszky Bálint. Especially if you are an English speaker (guy has perfect English), but not only. Best car sales manager i came across and I've seen a lot. Moreover, my previous Benz i also bought here at this dealership. I had a different manager and he was good, but not as good as Balint. Balint is polite, patient, id say super patient, he KNOWS the cars, he listens to you, doesn't push you to sell just to sell, he really wants to find something what suits you and will go above and beyond to deliver you a car which best for you. I came, probably, I don't know, 7 times, not knowing what i want exactly, i was asking more and more questions, i was test-driving several cars and kept changing my mind. Balint didn't even blink, not once :)) That I call a luxury car buying service experience.

For several years by now I take my car for periodic maintenance to Pappas and I am completely satisfied. I always get an appointment in timely manner, everything was done so far by the time they said to be for not higher price than anywhere else. And most importantly the staff is very kind and highly competent.

First time for service of my smart car. Friendly lady at reception who spoke good English. Also the service counter was a friendly lady who made a appointment for service next week. So far al super! Service done yesterday. They could not find service book. I found today where it always is under chair of Co driver. I asked for 2 yearly inspection. When I picked up the car the inspection was not written in my car papers. After complaining they said I did not mention I need also the inspection. Sure I did mention! Than the service price was about 120.000 forint including :timing belt who has to be replaced at 60.000 kilometers but I cannot find on invoice so I doubt if this is done. Same with replacement of cooling liquid and spark plugs ..Not Done.. Disappointing experience also due I have to drive in total 400 kilometer and 1 night in hotel...UPDATE :Also. After sales bad... No reaction no explanation. Luckily we have good contacts in Germany at Daimler Benz so I keep updating...
