Many products to find. But, none of the phone numbers pick up. They just drop your call. They promised a product will arrive before the weekend. Then on Friday they say that it will be 2-3 more days. They say in the email that I can call "if I want it faster". No one picks up. Cannot recommend based on customer service. Again, product choice and prices are great. Customer service, terrible (from what I've seen).

Great experience, they open on Saturday and the attendant was kind to show me what I needed and advise. Recommended for your lighting and audio requirements.

It was a really bad experience. I brought a mixer to them for repair and also paid the diagnostics fee. More than a week passed without any response from them. After dozens of minutes waiting on the phone, they leaved me with the answer that they have already ordered the spare parts. Nevertheless they’re all at the wedding of one of their colleagues, so they get back to me next Monday. After several calls on Monday I was finally informed that the spare parts delivery can take up to one month, but I may decide whether I would like to get my mixer fixed or back with the damaged parts. I chose to have it fixed… After three weeks the the spare parts and the repair was done. I picked up the repaired mixer today but realized that the packaging material was missing from the hard case and one fader button was also unmounted. I asked the guy what should I do with it now, but after some humming I just decided to left their store. Now, after unpacking I couldn’t find the AC cable neither. Disturbingly unprofessional service and customer care! Stay away people!
