Liza szakmailag nagyon felkészült, nagy tudású, alapos, a kezelések hatékonyak. Csípő fájdalmam enyhítése volt korábban a cél, de azóta már nyaki problémákkal és teniszkönyökkel is kerestem. Ja és a pilates órája is szuper, megtanít helyesen végezni a gyakorlatokat. A szakmai tudása mellett ráadásul még nagyon kedves is!

Liza nagyon alapos és felkészült szakember – csak ajánlani tudom ☺️ A kezeléseket mindig rugalmasan és az állapotomnak megfelelően alakította, a gyakorlatokat pedig végtelen türelemmel segített végezni, köszönöm!

Elsősorban makacs ínhüvelygyulladás miatt kerestem fel Lizát, de más problémával is bátran fordulok hozzá. Szakmailag felkészült, a gyakorlatokat tekintve kreatív, és nem utolsósorban nagyon kedves, csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek!😊

Hát- és derékfájással kerestem fel Lizát, aki néhány alkalom alatt segített enyhíteni a fájdalmaimat. Jó hangulatú foglalkozások voltak, ahol sok hasznos nyújtást és mozgást mutatott, mindig az én egyedi igényeimet szem előtt tartva. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom!

Csoportos pilates órára jártam Lizához, nagyon élveztem az alkalmakat. Liza szakmailag nagyon profi, mindenkire odafigyelt egyénileg a különböző gyakorlatoknál, biztonságban éreztem magam. Nagyon kedves és figyelmes személyiség, oldott hangulatban teltek az alkalmak. Csak ajánlani tudom! :)
