Shop was open but they were super unfriendly when we asked if we could wash our bicycles here. They only said „no“ without other words and in a rude way. When we asked why it‘s only possible for cars, they just mocked our voice and repeated the „why“… To be noted it is a manual car wash area, there were no other customers and this would have been an easy way to make some money.

Hello, I have washed my car here several times. Staff are very professional and friendly. Very good cleaning and takes short time. Thanks to all Monza Staff and the the Receptionist. Please keep it up.

I arrived 45 minutes before they close (18:15). The staff was not very happy because of this. I asked them to wash my car only outside. (Honestly wasn’t dirty…) The car has a very special color. It has a black matte finish. They ask me for the key and unfortunately one of the guys dropped it. The key is scratched! When they finish the washing one of the employees started using a silicon rubber for drying the bonnet! Immediately I asked them to stop as I didn’t want any scratches on the color. Unfortunately they treat to my car like unprofessionals. They should know that a special expensive car needs a special professional treatment, otherwise they should deny washing it (acceptable!) I left extremely disappointed!!! and I paid the full amount for the exterior washing. (Only one person was polite, kind and speaking English… the one who dropped the key accidentally) They should change the staff to professionals and keeping them trained.

In general, I have to say, they are OK, BUT... I give 1 star is because of one angry guy who is responsible for jet spraying the car totally destroyed the weather seal on my windshield with the high pressure sprayer. When confronted, he shows an attitude like it was not possible and yet, the other workers who saw the damage seemed not surprised or phased by it. Then their manager says they only keep the video of the events for 72 hours so they cannot help me. Totally unprofessional. That angry employee should be fired. I have seen the guy use the jet spray very close to the car to speed up the cleaning. Never going back again.
