Nagyon rossz állapotban mentem Eszterhez, és már egy alkalom olyan sokat segített az állapotomon, hogy utána egy évig sokkal jobban voltam. Külön hálás vagyok azért, ami 5 évvel ezelőtt történt, amikor az idegsebész újból műteni akarta a gerincemet amit én nagyon szerettem volna elkerülni,mert az előző műtét rontott az állapotomon. Nem jobb lett hanem sokkal rosszabb. Ezért gyógytornász segítségét kerestem, de az akkori gyógytornász nem tudott időpontot adni, ezért Eszterhez fordultam telefonon. Ő akkor nem dolgozott a rendelőben, de ennek ellenére ő volt az, aki próbált segíteni nekem és megoldást találni a helyzetemre. Ami nekem nagyon sokat jelentett mert abban az időben pánikbeteg is voltam és mindig attól féltem, hogy segítség nélkül maradok. A rendelő rendkívül páciensközpontú, modern és tiszta, valamint tömegközlekedéssel is nagyon jól megközelíthető. Messziről érkező páciensként ez nekem különösen nagy segítség volt, ráadásul a villamos szinte a rendelő előtt áll meg. Számomra az is nagy előny, hogy a rendelő metró használata nélkül is könnyen megközelíthető. Számomra a szakértelem és az emberséges hozzáállás mellett az is fontos, hogy mennyire egyszerű megközelíteni a
