Randomly calling outpatients that's how was it.

First, I must say that the ER here is very excellent! We've been here three times, each with a different doctor, and everyone is very professional and compassionate. However, today with the ENT doctor, Dr. Szabó Kovács István, I have to say he is the worst pediatrician we have encountered in Hungary. He didn't even wait for my son's mouth to fully open before forcefully using a tongue depressor to press down on his tongue and jaw, completing the examination amid my son's screams. Afterwards, my son vomited on the floor at the examination room door. I don't understand how he could be so impatient with a kid who is running a fever and is under three years old. He is the rudest person to kids I've met, and it's incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Unfortunately, my daughter has been admitted twice this past month. This is the 3rd different children's hospital that we have been to in Budapest. It is by far the best. The nurses and doctors are very professional and truly care. I do not feel my daughter would have received better care if we were back in the US.
