Seating and location are great but I want to give zero stars for the absurd situation of putting all drinks into plastic cups. They are pouring drinks from plastic bottles and aluminium cans into more plastic. Yes their cups are recycled plastic but this is beyond ridiculous. The poor staff were struggling as it took so much time to serve one customer. Opening a bottle or can, slowly pouring it into a cup, for each and every person. Also, as a can of beer froths and doesn't allow for the entire can to fit into the cup, they had to pour the excess into a second smaller cup. A refund is offered for the cup which again means long lines at the end of a show to get back a couple of euro. That means the staff work later, and the entire facility is open later, which consumes even more energy at a time when people are being asked to conserve it. Many people just left their cups at their seats or on a counter not bothering with the refund. I understand that glass bottles can be used as projectiles but there was nothing I saw in their fridges that was glass. Clearly this place does not care about the planet at all. I was pleasantly surprised by how well organised the stadium was. Despite a crowd of around 30,000 people, the flow of visitors was smooth and efficient, with no significant queues or bottlenecks. The entrances and exits are thoughtfully designed, making it easy to move around before and after the event. All escalators were operating properly, which helped manage the large number of attendees with ease. The sound quality and lighting were excellent, creating a fantastic atmosphere throughout the event. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable venue experience.

I was there with my friends for a CS Major tournament. The arena is moden, easy to navigate, clean and spacious. The overall organization is great, even though we were there for the first time, we could find each other easily and the viewing experience was amazing. The only issue we had was with the slow service by the shop clerks. There were 45-60 minutes queues mainly due to the slow service.

Was here for the Starladder CS2 Major, the venue is amazing and the stage looked awesome. They did run out of drinks and food like 2 hours in tho but other than that its great

Had a great experience going to the Darts Hungarian cup over this past weekend on Sunday. The venue was extremely well organized with easy access and great security, overall just a lot of fun!. Clean facility and easy access before and after the event. Great experience.
