Online ajanlatkérést követően válaszemailben türelmünket kérték a megnövekedett forgalomra való tekintettel, majd 10 nap elteltével mivel nem érkezett válasz, bementünk az irodába, ahol elmondták, hogy sajnos a home office-os kollégák elmulasztottak reagálni a megkeresésünkre, és mostanra a kiválasztott út betelt…

Westend irodában voltunk, flegma öreglány lekezelően beszélt velünk, a mások által el nem vitt, durván túlárazotz hulladék ajánlatokat akarta ránk sózni, illetve meghazudtolt, hogy az ajánlatok amiket a neten láttunk rosszul láttuk és tévedtünk, az nem létezik vagy nem úgy van. Végül direktben a kiválasztott szálloda weboldalán foglaltunk töredék áron utazást, ahhoz képest, mint amit ránk akart sózni a mami. A szakma csúcsának gondolja magát, és hogy ő tesz szívességet annak aki bejön, közben csak egy flegma arrogáns nénike, aki olyan munkát lát el, amit 3 óra betanítás után bárki el tudna. Netes szűrők állítgatása, adatbázisokban keresgélés azért nem a világ, erre nem kéne, hogy ekkora arca legyen. Másik ügyintézőt, másik kirendeltséget vagy másik utazási irodát javasolunk!

Nagyon gáz az ügyintézés! Sokan vannak, nahát, csak nem mindenki nyaralást akar intézni nyár elején? Az irodában nem sikerült egy árajánlatot sem adni, igaz csak én voltam bent. Egész nap nem volt idő emailben egy ajánlatot sem kiküldeni. Telefonos érdeklődésre csak a várjak válasz van. Ezeknél 1.000.000 Ft-ot elkölteni nyaralásra? Szerintem nem!

"Hát ha október végén akarnak elutazni, akkor nem ilyenkor kéne elkezdeni a szervezés." ...Kuba esetleg? "Maga nem nézi a híreket hogy ekkor hurrikán szezon van ott? Minden évben ilyenkor van!" És ha még ehhez hasonló kioktató mondatokra vágysz, itt a helyed!

vasárnap (2018.08.05) zárás előtt fél órával mentünk be az irodába érdeklődni. Az ügyintéző közölte, hogy ő fél órával a zárás előtt már nem tud semmit ajánlani, mert 30 perc mire lefuttatja a rendszeren az ajánlatokat. Mondtuk, hogy akkor talán ezt jelezni kellene a nyitvatartásnál, hogy ne menjen oda feleslegesen az ember. Ez után még neki állt feljebb, és arra hivatkozott, hogy a bankoknál sem lehet 30 perccel a zárás előtt már ügyet intézni.... Hol él ez az ügyintéző. Nagyon bunkó lekezelő volta stílusa, hozzáállása. Egyáltalán nem volt utas/vevőbarát! Senkinek nem ajánlom ezt az irodát, illetve a hölgyet!
