extremely unfriendly lady behind the till. when she noticed i was a tourist she got super hostile, even though i was nice to her and tried to accomodate for her lack of speaking english by using a translator app. i asked if she had cartons and she started yelling at me and making agressive hand movements. i tried staying calm and telling her what cigarettes i wanted, and she ended up giving me a single pack of the wrong cigarettes and when i told her i wanted more, she started yelling at an even louder volume. decided to pay and leave and go to another tobacco store which was nearby and did actually get great service. avoid this store if you're a tourist, or in general, other reviews also indicate that the service here is bad regardless of who is behind the till.

Always "back in a few moments" on the door. A few moments could be 2 minutes or 20 minutes. It's like this every day, go somewhere else

Very good shop, inexpensive but quality products. The only thing was the brands that I use were not in this shop. But still a very good experience.
