Very poor customer service. Budapest is full of tourist , rolling eyes on people because they choosing product? This girls should go for some retraining ( black long hair) also tabbaco shop and no rizzla or any other papers? And dont forget without customers this shop will not exist, so be more welcome , smile , learn some manners 😊

I just got scammed in this store! I bought a six-pack of water for 5090 Forint, which I later realized cost me around 12 euros. When I went back to the store to ask about the unusually high price, the small blonde lady who had served me was extremely unfriendly and refused to help. Unfortunately, I didn’t keep the receipt, so I couldn’t do anything about it. Very disappointing experience!

Extremely rude service. I wanted to buy ice cream for my baby but they asked me to leave the place and refused to let me pay, only because I was holding my baby. I have no problem with the policy, but the way I've been asked was very rude.

We had a terrible experience in this store. I'll tell you the short version. We were chased and threatened by the girl in the photo because I took her picture. I took her picture because this type of attitude should not exist. I entered the store with my 17-year-old daughter. It is clear to everyone that cigarettes are not sold to minors. The child asked for local cigarettes for our friend, since my English is weaker than hers. She was actually my translator. The girl asked for an ID card, which is not bad, in fact, on the contrary. We explained that I was the mother and that the cigarettes were not for her. My daughter was kicked out of the store, without saying anything, she went outside to our friend, a woman in her 50s. After that, I was insulted and treated with mockery. So I took out my phone and took a picture of her, she started to beat me. leaving the store she grabbed our friend and started pulling her thinking it was me and ranting about my daughter, that she would beat me up if I didn't delete the photo and that she would kill me and other similar epithets. The girl obviously has a problem with her attitude towards people. We did not provoke such rude behavior in any wa
