Kedvesen, segítőkeszen álltak hozzánk az első telefonhívástól kezdve. A teljeskörű ügyintézést is vállalták, ami nekünk kifejezetten nagy segítség volt. A vásárolt autó nagyon szép. Ha bármikor iszervízre lesz szükségünk, kizárólag hozzájuk fogunk fordulni. Csak ajánlani tudjuk őket mindenkinek!

Ioniq 28-ast vittem szervizre ajánlás alapján. Nem típushibával mentem, ennek ellenére megoldották simán a problémát, alkatrész beszerzéssel együtt. Bátran ajánlom. Végre van délpesten is elektromos autó specifikus szerviz.

Egy 2018-as Hyundai IONIQ 28 kWh modellt vásároltam náluk. A vásárlás előtt független autóátvizsgálót küldtem az autóhoz, és az átvizsgáló visszajelzése alapján a kereskedés teljes mértékben együttműködő és segítőkész volt. Az autó nagyon szép, megkímélt állapotban volt, az átvizsgálás során pedig semmilyen komolyabb hibára vagy negatívumra nem derült fény, így végül a vásárlás mellett döntöttem. Az autó elhozatala után még aznap jelentkezett egy kisebb indexprobléma, azonban az átvételkor még minden rendben működött, így ezt inkább a szerencsétlen időzítés számlájára írom. A hibát egy egyszerű izzócsere teljesen megoldotta. Ezt leszámítva az autó makulátlan állapotban van, és teljes mértékben elégedett vagyok vele. Az eladók végig kedvesek és korrektek voltak, valamint jelezték, hogy bármilyen kérdés vagy probléma esetén nyugodtan kereshetem őket. Azt is felajánlották, hogy később esetleges szervizigény esetén is szívesen segítenek. Összességében pozitív tapasztalatokat szereztem, ezért bátran tudom ajánlani a kereskedést.

Nagyon korrekt csapat, szép elektromos autóik vannak. Sok Hyundai van náluk. Szervízzel is foglalkoznak, ajánlom mindenkinek!
