Extremely disappointing experience and a very poor attitude towards guests. Due to a serious and completely justified situation, my son had to undergo surgery, and because of this we were unable to travel on the originally booked dates. We informed them about the situation and, importantly, we did not ask for a refund. We simply asked to move the reservation by a few days, when the accommodation was actually cheaper, or alternatively to another date. They refused both options and offered no alternative solution, while keeping 100% of the amount paid. I understand that the reservation was made under non-refundable conditions, and I do not dispute that such terms exist. However, there is a big difference between following the rules and showing absolutely no goodwill or flexibility towards a guest, especially when the reason for the change is a child undergoing surgery. What is most disappointing is that we were willing to use the accommodation on another date and were not asking for any refund or financial compensation. Despite this, they were unwilling to make even the smallest effort to find a reasonable solution. They kept the full amount of the payment and offered the guest

Room: We booked a deluxe two bedroom apartment with terrace. When we checked in, we did not receive an apartment with terrace. There were none available anymore even though that was what we booked. We received breakfast vouchers for two out of our three days stay to make up for that but we were not initially told that breakfast only starts at 9, so be aware if you are an early bird. The room was horrible in comparison with the pictures online: mold, broken furniture, stains, spider webs. The bedrooms were very small, could not fit our suitcase inside, and one of them did only have one nightside table, the other had two small ones. AC: They advertise having AC but what that means is a small unit in the bathroom. We stayed there in July and it was incredibly hot, we cut our stay one day short because we could not bear another night in those temperatures. We tried to sleep with the window open for some air but there was a lot of commotion outside, people screaming both nights. Tv: the cable was not working. Parking: we asked if it’s narrow and they only told us it fits max 1.9 height and that 7seaters do not comfortably fit. At the front desk I asked again and they only said it’s “

Great room, clean and quiet. Location is very good. The breakfast served in close by restaurant is very good. Just the wait time for breakfast can be long and the hotel didn't answer my question about early check-in possibility. Other than that it's a very good hotel.
