Nice and clean room. Good Intercontinental breakfast, very polite staff. The walking distance to the centrum is about 40 minutes. Near to the hotel have amazing stadium for people which wants to sport outside. The Spa is not too big but is fine for relaxing. The all bath things are on Ritual brand which are very good.

I had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Budapest. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast offers a great variety of tasty options. A big advantage is the quick and convenient access to the city center and nearby metro stations. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Budapest.

There were good parts and bad parts. I will start with the good ones, because there are less. The hotel staff is very nice and the rooms are good. I previously read a lot of reviews from people that complained about the high temperature, but I suppose they didn't know how to use the thermostat. I didn't like the fact that the cleaning lady didn't replace the toilet paper roll when the current one was almost out. Also, the TV is blocked on several channels, and you couldn't even change the audio language. The TV is smart, but you couldn't access any of the smart features. I'd expect a 4 star hotel to have a smart TV that actually works. Any kind of amenities have to be specifically asked for at the reception, and there's not even a mini bar in the room, regardless every room has a mini fridge. The pool looked a lot bigger from the photos, but it's very very small, I think even less than 5 meters long. For a hotel that can host hundreds of people, the pool feels like a total scam. They also have only 5 chairs next to the pool, which are always occupied (don't wonder why). The pool water temperature was too cold. Overall, if I hadn't found such a good Booking offer, I'd say the hote
