I have been a member for about a year. The main drawback first, since it’s the most relevant: for months the operators have been fighting a hopeless battle with the air conditioning, and at this point I doubt it will ever be properly fixed. As someone who does high-intensity training, the poor airflow has become a real limiting factor. In hot weather, expect the AC to work against you. The machines are the other weak point. Most are cheap, low quality imports, so if your training leans heavily on machine work, this is not your place. On the positive side, it’s great for free weight training. It is well cleaned, has a wholesome, no-nonsense atmosphere, and its 24/7 open which is great. Bottom line: Hot weather or machine heavy training: bad. Cold weather and mostly free weights: good.

The gym is very good and always clean. I have been training here for about a year and have generally been very satisfied. However, after the New Year the access system was changed, and for the past three days I have been unable to enter the gym. Unfortunately, there is no staff on site, and I have not received any response to my emails yet. I would really like to resolve this issue as soon as possible, as my membership has been paid for, but I am currently unable to use the facilities. I hope to receive feedback and understanding soon.

The best gym for introverts, especially if you attend it in the mornings of the working days :) Everything is new and good. After signing up with their application you can enter using the face recognition only 👍

It’s very new but needs to improve such as WiFi connectivity, some small tables would be nice and the equipments are mostly Chinese and lack of quality. Price is reasonable although.

I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a supportive and well-equipped environment to train in. The staff is friendly, respectful and professional, always ready to offer assistance or advice when needed. The trainers are knowledgeable and genuinely care about helping you reach your fitness goals. The facilities are top-notch with a wide range of equipment that is always clean and well maintained. I’m extremely satisfied and love this gym.
