Hi, I did not use the advicing possibilities in the shop personally. I have choose ym shoes based on different survey which I have made before the purchase. I were very happy to find running shoe for wide feet. I Have extrem wide feet which makes my shooe choises limited and hard. 4E wide is just about to good for me. THX! At first 3-4 running I am over now. Compare to my previous shoes it is hurting my heel. I hope it will soon will be over on this and have long runs together. Keep up with the level of service and with a little more range on the offers! THX

Booked a foot test and the shop assistant recommended me shoes. The service was very good the shop assistant clearly had extensive knowledge about running.

Huge selection and exceptionally patient staff. They are happy to bring out even the fifth pair of shoes and genuinely help with the decision, explaining what to look out for — drop, landing, and impact cushioning. They also make an effort to understand your running habits and ask specific questions about them. The loyalty program is excellent. Once I forgot to ask them to register my purchase under my name, and although it was quite a hassle for them, they still sorted it out based on the receipt. I always leave satisfied and end up running in great shoes.

13 Euros to do a test to suggest best fit shoes.. the machine is outdated, no cam, test over in 4 mins.. she asks what shoes do I want. No advice nothing, staff busy chatting to each other all the time.. it’s a scam. The shoes are overpriced for even Nordic standards. Avoid.
