Terrible service. They had us waiting for an hour. The customer support was joking around and went on smoking breaks while seeing us wait for them. And the majority of us were waiting for a literal 5 minute service.

Since the day I arrived to Budapest I was at this place EVERY DAY. There was a “system error” creating my ESIM. Throughout this week I talked to 5 different members of the staff, which told me 5 different things regarding my problem. I was lied to too many times. Staff is not helpful, they are just trying to not take the responsibility for the problem. The first day I was told that the system is “lagging”, but that I will receive my ESIM today. When I did not receive it, I come the next day and I am told that “it can take up to 48 hours”. After the 48 hours pass and I do not get the email with my esim, I try again, and I am being told to wait for two more day. After two more days, I am told that “you need to wait”. How is it possible for this problem to not be resolved IN A WEEK? This is an absolute lack of competency. Avoid this place at all costs.

Service is adequate for the network. Staff is definitely hit or miss. Many are rude and resistant to helping, others are helpful. Overall not a good vibe to the business

as an Aussie traveller I struggled to find a Sim card for 48 hours till I discovered the one store in Blaha and finished everything within 15 minutes. thank you to Anita for all her assistance she guided me the entire way with a huge smile on her face!!
