Szemészszakorvos ajánlása után kerestem fel a mai napon a céget, közellátáshoz szerettem volna szemüveget csináltatni. Üzletbe érkezéskor a jelenlévő dolgozójuk közölte, hogy a szemem gyulladt és váladékozik, lehet, hogy fertőző szembetegségem van. A tegnapi napon voltam szemész szakorvosnál a Retina Intézetben, ahol ilyen betegséget nem diagnosztizáltak. Felhívtam a vizsgáló főorvost aki megerősítette, hogy nincs fertőző szembetegségem, ha lenne, azt észlelték volna. Javasolta, hogy keressek másik optikust. Feleslegesen mentem el, keresgéltem parkolóhelyet, el lettem küldve. Embertelen, szakmaiatlan hozzáállást tapasztaltam, és nem értem, hogy megfelelő orvosi végzettség nélkül milyen alapon diagnosztizálnak valótlanságokat. Szerencsére nagyon sok cég foglalkozik szemüveg készítéssel. Senkinek nem tudom ajánlani ezt a helyet!

Lenézik a vásárlót, a termékeket pedig majdnem dupla áron adják mint máshol. Senkinek nem ajánlom!!!

Bementem kontaktlencse folyadékot venni, mert sürgősen szükségem volt rá. Kértem az évek óta használt Opti Free Puremoist Express típust, a hölgy közölte, hogy az már nem forgalmazott, csak a sima Puremoist. Kérdeztem, hogy dörzsölni kell, vagy no rub? A hölgy elsőre értetlen volt, és mondta, hogy szerinte nem kell dörzsölni. Mivel a csomagolásra nem volt ráírva, megvettem. Itthon tudtam elolvasni a használati útmutatót, amiben benne van, hogy dörzsölni kell a kontaktlencsét tisztításkor, amit direkt el szerettem volna kerülni, mert felesleges macera, ha van ennél jobb termék. Drága is volt és rossz terméket kaptam félre tájékoztatás miatt, és az interneten utólag nézve forgalmazzák még az Express verziót.

20 ève vásárolunk a családommal az üzletben, mindig szuper kiszolgálást, családias hangulatot, szakértelmet és maximàlis odafigyelést kaptam az ott dolgozó hölgyektől. Kontaklencset, szemüveget és napszemüveget is csak itt veszünk eddig és ez utàn is! Ezúton is szeretném megköszönni munkájukat. Fruzsina
