A gyűrűk nagyon hamar elkészültek, mi csak régi családi ékszert vittünk tisztittatni és méretre igazítani. Az ár nagyon kedvező volt, és a gyors precíz munka is látszodott. Köszönjük!

Egyik nap bevittem 2 db ezüst láncot javításra. Otthon hideg fejjel rájöttem,hogy ez az ár túl sok, így visszamentem másnap nyitáskor és szerettem volna lemondani a javítást. A házaspár arrogáns, pökhendi módon közölte,hogy időben kellett volna gondolkodnom,majd ők nyeljék le az ÁFA-t? Igen,tudják,hogy ez engem nem érdekel.Egy forrasztásnak 3.000,-Ft az ára,egyébként is ki kell fizetniük a villanyszámlát és a bérleti díjukat. A hölgy közölte,biztos más valami is van itt, megérti,ha anyagi gondjaim vannak. 8.000,-Ft-ot fizettem 1 db karabínerért,annak a karikájáért és forrasztásáért, a másik karabiner megvolt,karikával együtt,csak meg kellett volna forrasztani. Megelégedtem volna egy - Sajnálom,telefonálok a fiamnak,hogy ne kezdjen hozzá, természetesen visszafizetjük a 8.000,-Ft-ot - mondattal, nem vártam ilyen cunamit. Többet biztos,nem megyek oda. (Ma hoztam el a láncokat, a vastag láncra tettek egy apró karabinert,mondván: ,,azt könnyebb kinyitni"...no comment) Mostanra az ,,ezüst" karika (amivel a karabiner a lánchoz kapcsolódik) fekete. Nem voltam gyógyvízben!

Pár éve voltam.náluk, egy elcserere es ajanlottak egy szuper órast aki kitisztitotta az órámat,.mert meglátták hogy nagyon elkoszolódott. Most arany polirozással készülök hozzájuk Biztos nem fogok csalódni.

Mindig nagyon kedves, végtelenül segítőkész kiszolgálás, alacsony árakon! Az interneten vásároltam óraszíjat és őket kértem meg, hogy cseréljék ki rá, a jelenleg az órám levő fémszíjat. Mikor megkérdeztem mennyivel tartozom, mosolyogva közölték, hogy SEMMIVEL! 🥰
