Although I didn't book with them they were very friendly and helpful. Even called hotels and airlines after I clarified that I probably will book by myself. It's rare to find friendly staff, the more I appreciate it.

РЕКОМЕНДУЮ! У цьому офісі працюють янголи. Наші непрості емоційні, питання терпляче, ввічливо, уважно і фахово вирішувала сьогодні Szatmári Erika. Приємна, спокійна, професійна, серьйозна, мила жінка дала нам з чоловіком поради, як діяти, що робити, куди йти і, головне, як не панікувати в нашій ситуації. Вона подіяла на нас, як м'ягкий заспокійливий засіб, викликала симпатію, дала надію, подарувала бажання написати все це про неї. Дякуємо гарно пані Ериці за те, що вона так чудово виконує свою роботу. Шкода, що я не посміла її сфотографувати, щоб всіх хороших людей, ми знали в обличчя. Дякуємо, OTP Travel Utazási Iroda.

Per un grave problema di salute di mio marito, il giorno 31 Agosto, abbiamo avuto bisogno di trovare il più presto possibile due biglietti aerei per tornare in Italia. Mission impossible, visto anche il periodo! La signora Monika Nadhazi, della agenzia OTP dell'aeroporto di Budapest, ha capito la nostra situazione, è stata paziente, gentilissima con noi, e bravissima a trovare due posti dopo quasi un'ora di ricerca. Poche persone come lei! le siamo molto grati. Grazie Monika.

About 2,5 hours the Lady was on service to get us the lower cost flight, the fastet way (airplane, train..) very patient and kind! she was what we needed, excellent service! thank u! u saved our holidays!
