This room is terribleeeee🙂 worst in my life. There is different in real life. It’s dirty, insect in bed and the hole in blanket🙂. There’s no bathroom you must to use common bathroom. the lights flickered, i went out while i was taking a shower. the room was very cold, no windows. the floor and bed creaked like in world war 2. everything was horrible. Never comeback🙂

I was not able to travel to budapest due to my flight being cancelled, but the staff at ozone were so easy for me to contact and they really supported me and helped me to get a full refund from booking.com on a non refundable reservation. They were very polite and helpful and I've never experienced this in an accommodation. I hope to stay with them one day in the future

Important! Avoid this non-guest house! Here they will be rude to you, call you names, without providing the services for which you paid. In my case I was the main guest who booked a room for 4 people with 4 beds. The price I paid was of course for a quadruple room. As a result, the beds were not prepared for sleeping without pillowcases and duvet covers. The inappropriate woman on the phone first shouts that she is a great and rude director of the hostel, saying that one made bed is enough for me. When asked why, if I paid for a room for 4, with 4 beds, I end up wanting to use other beds and beds with sheets and pillowcases, the woman started screaming, being rude and hanging up. They did not change and did not provide pillowcases and duvet covers. They blocked my number as a client by calling me names and being rude. Moreover, there is fungus in the bathroom, see photo of moldy walls, swollen from dampness, there is no elevator. The room looked nice, I can give the hotel that. Service was OK. Location 10/10. However, there was hair in my bed, one of the charging sockets did not work properly, the heating was poor, (we had to sleep with jackets on), and the shower was switching from cold to warm and then freezing cold water. The staircase is very creepy and especially at night. I think the rooms have potential though, should be looked into a bit more.
