Ingriedients were missing, veggie mix had a bad, old taste. Another time when I ordered takeway, the ingriedients were fine, but the portion was a joke.

Fast service and decent food. Not bad but not very good either. I would give it 4 stars but the prices are comparable to actual downtown restaurants, where the food is significantly better. It's fine if you don't want to eat fast food in the mall, but otherwise I can't really recommend it.

I have paid for pad thai with chicken and prawn, but got some unauthentic fried noodles with 5 piece of prawn, but without any chicken. When I asked halfway, they said that I ate it out. The customer service unclassifiable. If you dare to eat there, check your meal, before you leave the counter. Under the decoration you might not find what you paid for.

As an asian, I would say the taste is not authentic and nothing thai at all. It's only plain soy sauce mixed with everything. Make sense when we left the place and found that there's not a single asian chef. The ingredients are ok. Price might be expensive (on average a plate will cost around 5k huf)

I love this franchise, and this one isn't an exception. We had to wait a bit because we went in a busy time, but they let us know before we have ordered. I had whole grain pasta with tofu with the basic sauce and it was perfect as usual. The pad tea was also great, they have sugarfree options with a goos taste. The service was a bit rude thou.
