Very rude staff. When i asked about an item on sale they said it cost around 110 000 Huf with the sale when the original price was 101 000 HUF. When i asked them how can the sale increase the sale. When they went and checked the price they later asked me if i would like to buy it and i said no because with the new sale it was still not worth it then she responded me with ”I know” like i wasted her time and like she knew i was never gonna buy it. Very rude staff do not shop here.

One of the ladies at the cashier was more concerned with her telephone call instead of helping us pay (we were waiting for more than 5 minutes for someone to show up), and when the lady turn the call off we simply told her “Hi” so she’d notice us and she answered in a mean unbothered face “I’m busy”. Honestly, I wanted to leave right then and there as this is no way good customer service.

I agree with some of the other comments who express very poor customer service. We entered, and one of the employees stood behind the counter on her phone, visibly bothered when I asked questions on some items. Never did she move to be of assistance. When we went towards the back of the store, she was already standing chatting with another employee. Having such dislike for customer service, while working on the customer service industry, is just beyond comprehension. Do not recommend Douglas at all. Prices were poor as well, so no benefit in visiting the store.

Found the Ordinary product lines, even including the hair products in this amazing shop. The lady was very nice and helpful. Now I know where to look for this brand in Budapest which is very comforting.
