Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We paid €170 for one night, expecting to have a comfortable and restful stay, especially because we were travelling a very long distance and had a long journey ahead of us. However, due to the construction work, our room was extremely noisy and we were unable to sleep properly at all. We informed the reception about the situation, but unfortunately, no one took any meaningful action or offered any solution. The children were so exhausted that they could not even come downstairs for breakfast and had to continue sleeping in the room. As a result, we were also unable to properly enjoy the breakfast or get the rest we desperately needed. For €170 per night, we could have stayed somewhere much more comfortable. If we had known that the hotel would be so noisy and that resting would not be possible, we would have chosen a different hotel and certainly would not have paid this amount. The biggest disappointment was not only the construction noise, but also the lack of understanding and assistance from the hotel staff after we reported the problem. For us, a hotel should at least provide a quiet and comfortable envi

We had to book a stay last minute and the cleanliness perfect, the food had something for everyone. The staff very helpfull, sweet and kind. Once being served by the manager of the hotel for a little afternoon snack we felt like we were treated like royalty and so we felt the need to give credit where credit is due. Excellent service and would highly recommend.

The hotel’s location is not the most central, but this is not a major issue: shared e-scooters are available nearby and allow you to reach the city center in about 20 minutes. What I would really like to highlight is the high quality of the hotel, the service, and above all the exceptional kindness of the staff. They fulfilled virtually every request we had with great professionalism and willingness to help. In 25 years of traveling around the world for work, I have rarely encountered such courteous personnel. The breakfast is simply outstanding, both in terms of the quality of the products and the wide variety offered. Definitely a hotel I would recommend. Well done to the whole team!
