The café is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing, but unfortunately the service was among the worst I have experienced in Budapest. I invited guests here expecting a pleasant experience, and instead I was genuinely embarrassed by the way we were treated. From the moment we arrived, the staff made it very clear that we were not welcome. There wasn't a single smile, greeting, or sign of basic hospitality. One employee was exceptionally rude. She slammed the coffee onto the table without a word, brought no sugar, milk, or cream, served the Coca-Cola without even providing a glass, and walked away before we had any chance to ask for the missing items. I don't know whether the staff are unhappy because of personal issues or poor management, but that is not the customers' responsibility. Guests come to a café to relax and enjoy good service, not to feel like an inconvenience. A beautiful café cannot compensate for such poor treatment. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously, because unless the attitude of the staff changes, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

The cake I bought had mold on it. Today is the first time to buy cakes for me. The taste of cheesecake was little bit strange and I found mold growing on it. I am very disappointed that, I will not buy cakes there anymore.

Lovely place ! Big selection of cakes, pastries, sandwiches and drinks for breakfast or brunch. I think they care of their customers by providing a sanitazing gel at the entrance to the cafe. The staff is friendly and speak English. I loved their ideas with experimenting with the design of rooms. So one can find a regular place to work or to have a romantic cozy atmosphere . The music doesn't play loud. We truly enjoyed being here with our baby. Would love to come back.
