Sajnos nem voltam elégedett a Pennyben tapasztalt kiszolgálással. Az alkalmazottak udvariatlan, lekezelő hangnemben beszéltek velem. A sör vásárlásánál már majdnem jóváhagyták a tranzakciót, majd miután rám néztek, hirtelen személyit kértek és végül nem szolgáltak ki. Csalódást keltő élmény volt.

Elegem van belőle hogy Foodorán állandóan bezárnak mikor azt írják nyitva van.

Szeretek ide járni. A polcok fel vannak töltve, nincs tömeg, az önkiszolgáló kasszáknál mindig hamar végzek. Az eladók nem tudom milyenek mert nem beszélgetni hanem vásárolni járok ide. A húspultnál segítőkészek és szép az áru. A biztonsági őrök is kedvesek.

Mindig sorok, mindig probléma... Tökmindegy, hogy az ímmel-ámmal nyitvatartott 1db pénztárnál fizetsz (mert akkor majd ott állsz sorba), vagy az önkiszolgáló kasszánál, mert ott is várni fogsz minimum 10percet mire oda méltóztatik majd jönni egy unott fejű munkavállaló, hogy leokézza a vásárlásodat. Bármilyen vásárlói észrevételre, csak a másra mutogatás megy, ők aztán az égvilágon semmiért nem hibásak... Egy darab termék megvásárlása is 15p lesz minimum, csak az menjen oda, akinek végtelen ideje és türelme van ezekhez a bohócokhoz, én feladtam.

Van belül egy húsos pult, ami szerintem elég jó, de az nem tartozik a PENNY bolthoz. Ugyan olcsóbb, mint a nagy átlag, de ennek a minőség issza meg a levét. Örökké csak 1 kassza van nyitva, arra erőltetik a vásárlókat, hogy kasszázzák ki saját magukat INGYEN. külföldön ezért kedvezmény jár, ha magamat kicsekkolom . Irgalmatlan hatalmas a sor a hagyományos kasszánál. 10-15 fő. NEM JAVASLOM.
