I'm a long-term customer (8y) of Petnet and I'm more than sarisfied with the service. We have lots of animals tortoises, budgies, guinea pigs, rabbits, dogs, cats, almoat everything and I need a responsible supplier-partner I can rely on, which Petnet is 🤗. Honestly, the customer service wasn’t great. I sent an email with a question because I wanted to buy some toys and treats for my cat, but I never got a reply. It took about five working days for my order to be delivered. Overall, it was okay, got the goods, and they do have a decent selection, but a lot of cool items were unfortunately out of stock.

Be careful what you order from their website as what you see on screen is not always in line with reality. Albeit the product shown as available it can easily happen that it is actually unavailable. Even if you complain they are not willing to compensate you even if this is because of their fault. This is not really a client centric mindset.

Unfortunately a very bad experience. Broken product, no exchange, rude and childish customer service. Situation: I ordered a dog carrier to bring my dog on a plane, and when it arrived, it was broken in various places. I called immediately, and the lady on the phone told me it would be fine, and they would organise to replace it within 2 days. This never happened, and I had 5 days of silence. They didn't respond to calls or messages via email or social media of any form. My flight day arrived, and I was forced to use the broken box, but had to bolt it closed with drilled holes, purchase additional parts and pray it made it through customs (it did, thank God). After another week they finally responded, and offered a partial refund, which I still have not received. When I enquired about it, the person on the other end of the messages was extremely rude and unprofessional. It was like dealing with a grumpy child, with a very accusative tone, as if I did something wrong, it was surreal considering that all I did was purchase a broken product from them, and was extremely polite throughout the entire experience. Good luck to anyone who ever has to deal with their 'customer service'.
