I had two consecutive appointments at 10:00 and 12:30 today for my two dogs. I have arrived at 09:57 to drop them off but it was closed. I have waited for 10 more minutes while knocking on the door every minute and then left. I made a booking 23 hours before the appointment and have received a reminder first thing in the morning now. Same goes for my 12:30 booking. It is very unprofessional to not let someone know in case you’re not able to make it on time as I could’ve adjusted. This just wasted my time. EDIT UPDATE I don’t know how can you claim it’s not accepted when I clearly have emails here stating otherwise! Also, let me add INSTAGRAM account screenshot for everyone to see that’s still on your platforms as well. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Cheers

Wonderful system. You can book online, receive a reminder email, arrive on time, and still find the door closed. Then they explain that the online system hasn’t worked for a while — apparently customers should just know that. They even mentioned I was “late last time”, which is impressive, since my last visit was about three months ago and I was not late. Update after the owner’s reply: The owner’s response actually confirms the main issue: the online booking system was not working, but it still allowed me to book and sent me a reminder email. Instead of addressing that, the reply brings up my dog, a previous visit, and claims that I arrived late. It seems that, instead of resolving the actual booking-system problem, the owner chose to focus on my dog’s condition and a visit from around three months ago, while also making an inaccurate claim about me being late. None of that changes the fact that I arrived because their system sent me a reminder. A business can have booking rules, but then the system should not accept the booking or send reminders. Blaming the customer afterwards is exactly the problem.

Highly recommend this place! Had a very satisfying experience. Groomer did exactly what I asked for, just as the reference that I showed. Really liked the super easy booking system and the atmosphere in the salon was very comfortable. It is nice to wait in the Ivy Coffee place nearby. Absolutely will come here again. Thank you!

Great experience! They are very kind and our girl looks better than she ever has. They even came in unexpectedly due to scheduling confusion. We are so happy!
