He never picks up the phone or if so than after minutes ringing. He simply disconnects of he cannot hear you well while you switch off speakerphone. It's usual here

Not really helpful personel at all, compared to their headquarter in Tatai Street. Also a smaller shop with less products to choose from, but convenient if you need some tool or material quicky for painting or other related work. For a larger scale purchase, I'd definitely go elsewhere.
