Imádom ezt a pilates stúdiót!! 🤍✨ Az órák mindig jó hangulatban telnek, az oktatók pedig nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek, tényleg figyelnek mindenkire 🙌 Kezdőként kicsit izgultam az elején, de teljesen felesleges volt, mert annyira támogató a közeg 🥹 Mindig segítenek, ha valamit nem csinálok jól, így sokkal magabiztosabb lettem! A hely nagyon szép, tiszta és nyugis, tökéletes egy kis feltöltődésre. Már pár alkalom után is éreztem a változást, és alig várom az órákat minden héten 😍 Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek!!

Életemben először vettem részt pilates órán, ezért különösen fontos lett volna számomra egy kis útmutatás az elején. Sajnos az oktató nem mutatkozott be, és azt sem kérdezte meg, hogy van-e a csoportban kezdő. Semmilyen alapot vagy rövid magyarázatot nem kaptam a gyakorlatokról, így számomra elég nehéz volt követni az órát, ami miatt sokszor bizonytalanul vagy ügyetlenül végeztem a feladatokat. Azt is hiányoltam, hogy az oktató nem igazán volt segítőkész, amikor látszott, hogy valaki nem csinálja teljesen jól a gyakorlatokat. Mivel ez volt az első alkalom számomra, reméltem, hogy egy kicsit több figyelmet és támogatást kapok. Őszintén szólva csalódottan jöttem el. Szerettem volna egy jó élménnyel távozni. Sajnos a figyelem és a kommunikáció hiánya miatt ez most elmaradt.

Egyszerűen imádom ezt a helyet! A terem igényesen kialakított, minden részletében igazi minőséget sugároz. Az edzők szakmailag felkészültek, emellett pedig nagyon kedvesek és jó hangulatot teremtenek minden órán. Számomra ez lett a kedvenc vasárnapi (néha szerdai és pénteki is) program :)

A nyitás óta járok rendszeresen havi pár alkalommal. Nagyon megszerettem, az edzéseken mindig jó hangulat van, változatosok. Az edzők segítőkészek, és mindig figyelnek ránk, a különböző edzettségi szintekre vagy az esetleges egyéni egészségügyi problémákra is, szívből ajánlom! ❤️
