I used to go to this pizza-by-the-slice place quite often with my mom. And it’s not bad but lately I don’t know if the staff is new. Or just disgruntled. But this last time they were rude. They warmed up my mom’s slice but not mine and instead when I asked I got a sarcastic response instead of him actually warming it up. If I hadn’t been so hungry I would have left. But I won’t be returning for sure! I’m not going to pay for bad service and rudeness.

Very disappointing experience. The staff member at the counter who was supposed to warm up the pizza was rude and dismissive. I politely asked if my pizza could be heated, but instead of helping, he said something to his colleagues in Hungarian and my request was ignored. The pizza was never warmed up, and the overall attitude of the staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. Customer service was far below expectations, and unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression.

We attempted to dine at this place but had no choice of having access to a bathroom for use. When you can sit down at a restaurant and dine but not use a bathroom or wash your hands is a definite no go. We can not comment on anything else other than this at Pizzi.

Super impressed by the pizza! We went for the Piccante since it was the only one with a corn cream base—had to try it, and wow, it totally delivered. So tasty and different in the best way! Also, shoutout to the lovely staff—super friendly vibes all around :)

There aren't enough superlatives for Pizzi. The pizza is as good a takeaway pizza as I've ever had, in fact it's as good as the best I've had in restaurants. Unbelievable value, a 48cm pizza with 5 toppings for £10. Unreal. The staff are super friendly, really quick service Just outstanding, amazing, superb, tremendous!!!
