About Poetry Yoga Studio -jógastúdió-

Dósa Nóri vagyok, jógaoktató. Több stílusban találtam meg önmagam az utam során, gyakran használom a hatha jóga elemeit, a vinyasa flow dinamikáját, a yin jóga nyugalmát és a női jóga sokszínű kibontakozását. Óráimon a tudatos jelenlét gyakorlása mellett fókuszba kerülnek a testérzetek.

Absolutely love the Poetry Yoga Studio! The space is beautiful, calming, and incredibly aesthetic - just stepping in puts you in the right mindset. It’s also super easy to access, which makes getting there stress-free. Nori’s classes are not only great for the body but also nourishing for the mind. I always leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and inspired. What makes it extra special is the way she takes time after each session to connect with us. It’s such a personal touch, and it truly makes you feel seen and valued. So grateful to have found this space - highly recommended to anyone looking to deepen their practice in a very private and professional environment.

Nagyon szeretem Nóri jóga óráit, teljes lelki-testi feltöltődés minden alkalom. Csodás hangulatú, szépséges stúdióban pozitív, feltöltő energiákkal támogat Nóri a jóga mozdulatokon, ászanákon és a hangtál meditáción keresztül. Kedvenc helyem.
