Nagyon jó hangulatú karácsonyi családi fotózásban volt részünk Katával, minden percét élveztük 😊 A szuper képek pedig örök emlékek maradnak a kislányunk első karácsonyáról. Köszönjük szépen még egyszer ❤️

Iskolai, karácsonyi fotózás keretében készített képeket rendeltem digitális formában (10000 Forintért). Felvetettem a fotósnak, hogy a 12 darab képen kívül szeretném kérni a maradék 3 darab képet is, amin gyermekem a barátnőjével szerepel. A fotós kifejtette, hogy digitális képeket csomagban csak olyan képről küld, amin kizárólag az én gyermekem szerepel - ami rendben is lenne, tekintve a személyiségi jogokat. Felvetettem, hogy a barátnő anyukájától kérek hozzájárulást, hogy megkaphassam azokat a fotókat is. A fotós kifejtette, hogy ő ingyen és bérmentve nem ad oda fotókat. Jeleztem, hogy 10000 Forintot fizettem így a 12 darab fotóért, nem gondolom, hogy ingyen kérem (udvariasságból nem tettem hozzá, hogy jelen esetben iskolai-, futószalagfotókról van szó). Ez volt az utolsó alkalom, hogy ezt a szolgáltatást igénybe vettük, pedig nem először rendeltem.

Nem ajánlom senkinek! Hónapok óta húzódnak a képeink. Az utolsó e-mailemre (amiben azt írom, hogy megvásárolnám!) mivel nem érkezett válasz felhívtam telefonon (02.14.) A telefonban a hölgy azt mondta magától(!!!), hogy elküldi a képeket legkésőbb azon a hétvégén ingyen és ne szóljak senkinek (főleg ne a szülőknek). Én jóhiszeműen vártam a megbeszéltekre. Mivel másfél hét várakozás után nem kaptam meg a képeket és meg egy e-mailt se írtak bátorkodtam felhívni újra (02.25.) Katalint. Itt aztán nem várt fordulat történt. Állítása szerint beszélt a bölcsőde vezetőjével és azt az utasítást kapta, hogy a képeket ne adja oda ingyen. Másfél hétig eszébe se jutott felhívni vagy írni. Miután beszéltem a bölcsődével ott azt a tájékoztatást kaptam, hogy ők ilyet nem mondtak és beszéljem meg a hölggyel. A mai napon (02.26.) újra felhívtam. Szerinte én erőszakos vagyok, mert a képekről érdeklődtem. Nem azzal van a problémám, hogy a képekért fizetni kell, hanem, hogy félretájékoztatja az embert és még neki áll feljebb. Egy egyszerű érdeklődésű e-mailt nem tudott a helyén kezelni, értelmezni majd válaszolni. VICC A képeken látszódnak az e-mailek dátumai. Érdemes megtekinteni.
