This place deserves zero stars. Even one star is too generous. Especially, never buy a used car from here. When signing the contract, they said that once the money was paid, the car could be picked up anytime. However, even after paying the full balance, I only received the car almost 20 days later. If they had told me in advance about their requirements, their vacation schedule, or any possible delays at the time of the contract, I would never have signed it. After the contract was signed and the deposit was paid, the attitude completely changed. I was treated like I had no choice, they showed no interest, and only kept telling me to pay the money. In short, do not buy a used car here under any circumstances.

Handover of the car to service was quick and easy.

Rude personnel, this service place is where the service advisors try to intimidate you with their behavior. I have a VW, I was there twice but will not go there ever again. I`d rather drive an extra half an hour for the next VW certified service center although this place is just 2 KM from my house.
