Nagyon lassú kiszállítás, a kettő darab tétel több mint 10 nap után volt elérhető a kért patikába. Lengyelországból 5 nap alatt kaptam kézhez a megrendelt termékeimet!

They have no idea, what is the customer focus. Rather choose a bit more expensive, but safe online pharmacy shop. And why? Because it takes weeks to deliver, no information received about the status, and when you receive some update, that is confusing.

I ordered from them 7 days ago. Since then, I have not received neither the order nor any notification. They don’t answer the phone!!

Order placed online on Monday ... dispatched on Friday evening. It will take more than a week to deliver, would be faster to order from abroad. Ordered from pharmacy product for cat, chosen pharmacy and not small pet shop as i was hoping for professional service/fast shipping. Never again
