the lady was rude and not willing to help, made me wait to talk to the next customer to a point where the poor guy said he can go next. the prints on the right side is not printed so half of the sentences are gone and the lady made the booklet holes while not looking and while talking to the other guy so the left side has holes in them in the middle of the words

If something defines being inconsiderate service, this is the place. Best of luck to get by here especially in English. The woman there is super rude and wasnt helpful at all. There are many other shops nearby, give them a chance over this. Best wishes!
