Időpontra mentem, tiszta környezet,kedves munkatársak. Mivel állami cèg îgy sajnos hosszadalmas az ügyintézés, de erről ők nem tehetnek.

Térkép szerint nem olyan könnyű megtalálni, de figyelmesen sétálva megtalálható. Mindenki nagyon kedves és hálás volt az adományért. Adományozással kapcsolatban segítőkészek. FONTOS: tároló kapacitásuk kicsi. Személyes megkeresés előtt érdemes telefonálni!

Az intézményben kedves,gyors,hatékony ügyintézés tapasztalható. A szakembert az első beszélgetéskor maximális figyelem,érdeklődés és segítőkészség jellemezte. Vegre egy hely,ahol felesleges bürokráciának,hivatali közömbösségnek nyoma sincs. Úgy gondolom,ez a bizalom megalapozásának első lépcsőfoka!

Igaz, hogy régen volt, de amikor pici volt a lányom, nekem itt valóban segítettek. Kölcsönkaptam egy babakocsit. Ez nagy segítség volt akkor. Jogász segítségét is kaptam, ingyen. Mindenki kedves és segítőkész volt. Köszönet érte utólag is!

Huszon három éve vagyok önkéntes segítő! Amit a Rákoskeresztúri "családsegítőknek" nevezett intézményben tapasztaltam,az még nekem is " sokk " volt. Két éve sürgetjük Őket hogy egy két és fél éves gyermeket , Emeljenek ki a drogos és alkoholos, bántalmazó apukától,de sajnos csak meghallgatnak minket,ahogy elhagytuk a helyiséget,már el is felejtették az "ügyet". Ugyanis nekik ez csak egy új ügyszám. Ugyan ez a helyzet a Rákoskeresztúri gyámhivatallal is. Csak ott még néha,ki is rugdalnának,ha lehetne! Olyan stílusban beszélnek velünk,mintha nem is erről a bolygóról származnánk! Arra hivatkoznak hogy erre sincs,arra sincs törvény! De ,akkor miért vannak fizetve ezek a lelketlen,emberségtelen tömérdek eszetlen,jogot sem ismerő emberek. ?? Megszámlálhatatlan anyuka,és gyermek ,hiába számít rájuk! Apa párti lett a világ!? Az anya és gyermek közti kapcsolatot,semmi és senki nem tudja pótolni a gyermek számára. Mert az biztos hogy egy anya., "rokona" a gyermekének!! Az anyai érzéseket,egy férfi soha sem fogja megtapasztalni! Sajnos az a tapasztalat,hogy nem vizsgálják ki az eseteket,és mivel az apukák "erősebbek", mint az anyukák,így nekik van igazuk a családsegítők és gyámhivatal számára
