The best Japanese restaurant in Budapest. Good and quick service. Affordable authentic Japanese cuisine. Serve with big portions especially the set meals and ramens. Friendly staff as well. A bit busy when we first went there and we opt to dine outdoor. I would recommend this restaurant as we went back on the next day.

I don’t know why the restaurant was a bit empty when we arrived, it should receive more recognition. Friendly staff and authentic Japanese food. I wish Japanese ramen in my place was this good. We will definitely come back when we have a chance to go back to Budapest.

We happened to come across this Japanese restaurant by chance and decided to give it a try. We ordered a bowl of ramen and a rice set with fried pork. The atmosphere was warm and cozy, with soft Japanese music playing in the background, which made the whole experience very relaxing. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall comfort of the place. The ramen was really delicious — the noodles had a great texture and the broth was rich and full of flavor. As for the rice set, it was quite good overall, though the fried pork was a bit on the chewy side. Still, the meal was enjoyable and satisfying. All in all, it’s a nice spot that’s definitely worth visiting if you’re in the mood to try some Japanese food

Ramen Nikko is an absolute gem in the heart of Budapest and easily one of the best ramen experiences I’ve ever had. From the very first moment you walk in, you are welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness that instantly makes you feel at home. The service is truly exceptional. The staff are incredibly attentive, friendly, and passionate about what they do!🫶🏻🫶🏻 The ramen is simply outstanding! The broth is rich, deep, and full of flavor, perfectly balanced and comforting. The noodles are cooked to perfection, and every ingredient tastes fresh and carefully selected. If you’re in Budapest and love ramen (or even if it’s your first time trying it), this place is an absolute must!!😻😻
