About Rapidus Optika

I had a really nice experience here. The staff member was very responsible and took the time to listen carefully to my needs. He was patient, professional, and really wanted to help. It was also a big plus that the staff could speak Chinese. I felt very welcomed and definitely recommend this place!

My vintage Miu Miu glasses needed some serious help (nose pads were dirty and required replacement). The service was perfect — fast and affordable. I strongly recommend this place.

Very pleasant customer service experience. I had a broken frame screw and bent temples. I brought an original spare screw, and they replaced it promptly and free of charge. The staff is very polite and experienced. They speak English.

Great service, my metal frame was soldered back together with no trace of the broken joint—seamless. Happy with the result. Everybody spoke English, so there was no problem explaining the issue.
