Kritikán aluli ügyfélszolgálat! Annak ellenére hogy számos eszközt szinte csak náluk lehet beszerezni, közel sem tartják be a nyitvatartási időt!

Több alkalommal jártam náluk és vettem Qmed termékeket. Nagyon segítőkészek és elmesélnek mindent, hogy sokáig használhassa az ember, amit megvesz. Az áraik barátiak. Egyetlen egyszer megesett, hogy a pénztárosnő mivel más munkája volt - hallhatóan bolti készletet egyeztetett a hölgy - megváratott. Mivel nem lébecolt és többször is elnézést kért egyáltalán nem is tudtam haragudni rá. Jó hely, máskor is örömmel fordulok hozzájuk.
