I’m very active in sports and train almost every day, so I usually get a massage at least once a month, sometimes even more often. Over the years, I’ve tried many different massage therapists and different types of massages, but I can honestly say that I’ve never experienced a massage like the one I had with Barnabas. It was absolutely incredible. He knew exactly where to apply pressure, worked on every tight spot, and released every knot I had in my back, legs, and arms. You can really feel that he knows what he is doing and understands the body extremely well. I left feeling completely different — relaxed, lighter, and with much less tension in my muscles. I’m extremely grateful to Barni for his work and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended, especially for anyone who trains regularly or needs a proper, strong and professional massage. One of the best massages I've ever had in my life. Barnabas is extremely professional, polite, and kind. He made me feel very comfortable. I enjoyed every moment and came back again the next day. Highly recommend!

Had a great massage at Recovery Room! Very nice studio in the heart of Budapest. Barnabas did an excellent job, he was very professional and released the tension in my back and neck. Would definitely recommend this place.

Writing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've had massages from many massage therapists over the years, and I can honestly say that Barnabas's ability to identify and release areas of tension is exceptional. His technique is among the best I've experienced. I booked a sports massage because I had tweaked my spinal erector muscles and my calves were extremely tight after walking 10–15 km every day. Before we started, he took the time to ask about my concerns, medical history, and any previous injuries so he could tailor the treatment to my needs. What really impressed me was his ability to find problem areas that I didn't even realize were contributing to my discomfort. In addition to working on my back and calves, he released tightness in my hip flexors, quadratus lumborum (QL), and muscles around my ribs. The treatment was thorough, precise, and incredibly effective. His hands are very strong, making him an excellent choice if you're looking for an effective deep tissue or sports massage. More importantly, he has an outstanding feel for the body's muscles and connective tissue. Excellent deep tissue massage with hot stones. My treatment was individualized with good focus on problem areas. Prompt, clean facility and really nice therapist. Would go again without hesitation!
