Having had previous disappointing results from contractors I've employed to carry out improvements to my apartment in Budapest, It was with great satisfaction to see the the final results of Reenova's work.! Numerous jobs we're needed to fetch my apartment to a standard that maximised it's potential for a future sale. The interior timber flooring was in quite a poor state, it badly needed re-sanding and varnishing, after Tim and his team had completed the task, The floor now is like new!! The balcony tiles needed replacing,the balcony rail needed attention, the bathroom needed some work, the bedroom was separated from the main living room, plus other jobs, All completed on time within budget, and at a reasonable cost. What I liked also is that Tim kept me informed how things proceeded and offered ample options on products to purchase. Would definitely recommend Reenova.

Renova deserves absolutely a recommendation to work with. If i would choose 3 things that summarize my experience with them it’s punctuality, quality & in line with expectation. To realize this Tim & his team work with an extensive preparation phase that they summarize in a briefing document where all details are deactibed and visualized in what they will do in what time and at what cost. This preparation gives a feeling of control and allows you to give them full ownership & manage a Renovation from distance if needed. I visited the apartment in the project three times (& could even have done it with two times visiting). During the project there was very pleasant contact over whatsapp including many pictures to give updates & share progress. Result of their way of working in that their quote was about 30% bigger in cost vs other parties i asked quotes from. BUT I saw big differences in the level of detail in the quotes i compared Renova with. This led for me to higher risk on actual cost when I would execute the project. Off course I can not compare the actual real difference in reality as I worked only with Renova, but I can say that Renova did not spent any HUF more then q

I had my old building apartment from the 1900s in Budapest totally renovated by the company. I was first a bit worried on taking on such a huge renovation project when I bought the flat since I heard many bad stories about building companies, so I was very happy and lucky when I found Reenova. I can only recommend the professionalism Tim and his crew had from the first contact until the final finish of the project. From the initial planning to helping with permissions and orchestrating all the different steps and works of the project, Tim, his wife and Jeremy were always very friendly, helpful and reliable and got the job done. All the works were done properly and in a very high quality and completely fulfilled my expectations. Since I live abroad and couldn’t be there always, I was continuously informed and updated about the progress of the work. I’m very happy with the result and I would definitely recommend this company and would anytime work with them again.

The guys at Reenova managed the renovation of our bathroom and kitchen while we were overseas. We couldn't be happier with the end result. Our old tired apartment is completely transformed. They managed all logistics around sourcing materials, receiving deliveries, demolition and disposal (which involved lots of heavy lifting due to a faulty elevator). Communication was always excellent, price was reasonable, service amazing. This is a rare find in Budapest where workmanship can be shoddy. These guys are 100% reliable.

Excellent service for investors who can't always be in Budapest. Very good finish and quality. I'm working on a new project with them.
