Just had my chain replaced here after the old one broke, and the service was excellent. They fixed it on the spot in about 10 minutes, and not only installed the new chain but also adjusted the gears without charging extra — I only paid for the chain itself. Very professional, friendly, and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Last Saturday, I went to a bike shop because I needed a new helmet for my bike. The moment I walked in, the workers were really friendly and made me feel welcome. One of them asked me what I was looking for and helped me choose the right helmet. The shop had a lot of cool bikes and accessories, so I spent some time looking around. The worker explained the differences between the helmets and gave me advice about safety and comfort. He was patient and easy to talk to, which made the experience much better. In the end, I bought a helmet that fit perfectly. Before I left, the worker even gave me a few tips on how to take better care of my bike. I left the shop happy because the service was great and everyone was kind and helpful.

Excellent service. I am really impressed. I had a problem with my front disc break at the beginning of my ride. Just went there as it was one of the rear shops opened before Xmas. The front desk and the repairman were extremely kind and professional. Most services would give up after 5 min with the problem I had. Not these guys. He really tried to think out of the box to resolve the problem. Great dedication and perseverance. I highly recommend the service.
