They are irrealisticly expensive and have the worst that cafe I ever drank. I bought a latte, and their machine makes almost dark cafe with little cream only on the top. I asked nicely the shop assistant girl to receive a bit more milk. She went to the fridge, opened that, there were at least 10 box (bottle) of milk. She just said to me, "Sorry, I cannot give you extra milk". I tried ask nicely couple of minutes later as well: sorry, the cafe that I received is almost black not latte. She strenghten her previous statement, it is not possible to give me extra milk. Welcome to Hungary!!, this is how airport service treat the customers ;) In Scandinavia at SevenElevens and Pressbyråns, etc. extra milk for customers is always available at the cafe machines :)

SCAM!! Brought a tampon from the shop. The guy at the register refused to give a tax invoice when I asked for. I was given all these excuses about he couldn’t go back to print the receipt again. The next second he said the receipt was in the bin and he needed an hour to search for it. I refused to go unless I got a receipt from the shop. He mumbled and then simply print one receipt from a random stuff in the register as long as it shown the same amount of money as the price he charged on the good I purchased. Poor customer service and rude.

I had the cash register eating and munching right in front of me mumbling words with food in his mouth. Really bad vibe from the colleague on the other desk making wait clients to talk with the girl with food in her mouth.

there is a non English speaker lady continuously shouting. do not rely what is written on coffee machine. firs pay after select. I had to pay two coffees for one.

Stay away from this store!!! The shop assistant charged me $100 for $10 worth of souvenirs. The receipt was in Hungarian Florint and I had no idea what I was signing. I was shocked to see my credit statement at home and see he charged me a hundred dollars for a handful of souvenirs. He should be ashamed! The guy could tell right away I am a tourist and wanted to make an easy buck. Disgraceful🤨
